Our mission at CECO Payroll is to take the burden of payroll off your shoulders and the worries about things such as compliance, due dates, and required tax filings. We saw that other companies make you fit into their mold - making you do things their way- but that's not our vision. Our goal is to truly act as an outsourced "payroll administrator"- one that wants to help you with payroll - one that is more in tune to your needs and wants. In our experience, we have clients who prefer to have us handle 100% of payroll entry and processing, those who prefer to utilize our online resources to do their payroll via online entry or with our integrated timekeeping solutions, and those that utilize a combination of both. In each of these scenarios, we will guide you through the process and the online system, if utilized, to ensure the process runs as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. For some clients this may mean an initial training call when running their first payroll and for others it may mean as many as three or four visits to your office just to ensure you feel fully comfortable in working with us and understanding the resources you have available. We also strive to meet with our clients annually and are happy to assist in future payroll/HR/benefit planning discussions. Our top priority is to ensure you know we have all of your needs covered and we stand behind our promise for exceptional customer service.

Most of our clients are based in central Texas areas such as Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Seguin. We also work with clients in the Texas Hill Country areas such as Marble Falls, Burnet, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and Llano. McKala Bayane, CPP
Vice President
McKala has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting and has spent the past decade directly managing payroll processing for hundreds of employers with employees in nearly all 50 states. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) and the Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA). As a partner in CECO Payroll, she hopes to serve local business owners in the greater Austin area as well as nationally to feel confident that their payroll needs are being managed reliably and cost effectively by experienced payroll professionals.
Tawn House
Payroll Manager
Tawn has 10 years of experience in payroll and accounting and has been the payroll manager for CECO Payroll since her employment began in 2019. She is a knowledgeable resource for our team and our clients. Tawn is dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional client experience year after year and is a valued member of the CECO team.
